摘要
道路重建常常会影响道路的服务水平,有时不得不中断交通。旧水泥路面铺设沥青路面施工速度快,时间短,不影响交通特性,成为旧道路改造的主要方法,尤其在城镇路段较为常见。水泥混凝土路面铺装沥青混凝土路面是提高路面使用寿命的主要措施之一,但主要的问题是如何防止和延缓路面的反射裂缝。通过分析旧水泥混凝土路面铺设沥青混凝土路面反射裂缝的形成机理,指出在破碎和稳定旧的水泥混凝土路面时,在水泥混凝土摊铺层与沥青混凝土摊铺层之间设置土工布的中间层,是改善其性能的主要技术措施,以防止或延缓反射裂缝,结合近年来的工程实例分析,效果良好。
Road reconstruction often affects the service level of the road and sometimes has to interrupt traffic.The construction of asphalt pavements on old cement pavements is fast and time-consuming and does not affect traffic characteristics. It has become the main method for the reconstruction of old roads, especially in urban road sections. Asphalt concrete pavement pavement on cement concrete pavement is one of the main measures to improve the service life of the pavement, but the main problem is how to prevent and delay the reflection cracks on the pavement. This paper briefly analyzes the formation mechanism of reflective cracks on asphalt concrete pavements on old cement concrete pavements, and points out that when crushing and stabilizing old cement concrete pavements, an intermediate layer of geotextile is set between the cement concrete paving layer and the asphalt concrete paving layer. It is the main technical measure to improve its performance, in order to prevent or delay the reflection cracks, and the effect of this is analyzed in the following in combination with recent engineering examples.
