摘要
可持续发展建筑指的是建筑在资源和能源的使用方面,力求节约、高效使用、利用,并强调再生能源使用,循环利用,以降低对周边环境的影响。因此,可持续建筑在最初的定位、设计、定案到中期的施工、使用、维护等等系列过程与环节,不容忽视。真正的环保环节除了通过技术达到建筑的可持续,在最初的方案阶段就完成的团队一体化设计应该才是最为关键。可持续建筑并不是传统意义的建筑,从整个建筑外环境到内部环境甚至是内循环系统等都是一体化设计,打破传统意义上的建筑,为可持续建筑的发展铺开更多的新元素。
