摘要
绿色建筑具有理念的新颖性、技术的复杂性和建设目标的长期性等特点,因而其风险较普通建筑更为突出。通过识别了绿色建筑在全寿命周期中存在的各类风险因素,全寿命周期包括决策、设计、施工、运行以及运营维护以上5个阶段。针对各阶段的风险特征提出相应的风险应对措施。研究结果可有效减少绿色建筑风险,为绿色建筑项目顺利实施提供经验。
Green building has the characteristics of novelty of idea, complexity of technology and long term of construction target, so its risk is more prominent than that of ordinary building. This paper identifies all kinds of risk factors in the whole life cycle of green building. The whole life cycle includes five stages ~ decision, design, construction, operation and operation and maintenance. The corresponding risk response measures are put forward according to the risk characteristics of each stage. The research results can effectively reduce the risk of green building. Make the green building project can be successfully implemented in China and provide experience.
