中小学教师教学效能感与幸福感的关系 被引量:7

The Relationship of Teaching Efficacy and Well-being Among Primary and Secondary School Teachers

摘要 目的:探索中小学教师教学效能感和幸福感之间的关系。方法:使用教师教学效能感量表和幸福感问卷对494名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果:(1)中小学教师教学效能感得分高于理论中值(t=50.23,P〈0.05)。小学教师教学效能感高于高中教师的教学效能感(t=2.58,P〈0.05)。具有专科及以下学历的中小学教师的教学效能感高于具有本科学历(t=2.24,P〈0.05)或研究生学历(t=2.34,P〈0.05)的中小学教师的教学效能感。中小学教师随着教龄的增加其教学效能感逐渐提高;(2)中小学教师幸福感得分高于理论中值(t=24.47,P〈0.01)。女性中小学教师幸福感显著高于男性中小学教师的幸福感(t=4.276,P〈0.01)。具有研究生学历的中小学教师的幸福感高于具有专科及以下学历(t=3.30,P〈0.01)或本科学历(t=2.70,P〈0.01)的中小学教师的幸福感;(3)中小学教师的教学效能感与幸福感显著正相关(r=0.215,P〈0.01)。中小学教师的个人教学效能感对幸福感有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.249,t=5.710,P〈0.01)。结论:个人教学效能感可以正向预测中小学教师的幸福感。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of teaching efficacy and well-being among primary and secondary school teachers.Methods:Teachers' Teaching Efficacy Scale and General Well-being Questionnaire were employed in 494 primary and secondary school teachers.Results:(1)Teaching efficacy scores of primary and secondary school teachers were higher than theoretical median(t=50.23,P〈0.05).Teaching efficacy of primary school teachers was greater than that of senior school teachers(t=2.58,P〈0.05).Teaching efficacy of primary and secondary school teachers with junior college degree and below was higher than that of primary and secondary school teachers with bachelor degree(t=2.24,P〈0.05)or graduate degree(t=2.34,P〈0.05).The teaching efficacy of primary and secondary school teachers gradually improved with the increase of teaching age.(2)Well-being scores of primary and secondary school teachers were higher than theoretical median(t=24.47,P〈0.01).Well-being of female primary and secondary school teachers was significantly higher than that of male primary and secondary school teachers(t=4.276,P〈0.01).Well-being of primary and secondary school teachers with graduate degree was greater than that of primary and secondary school teachers with junior college degree and below(t=3.30,P〈0.01)and bachelor degree(t=2.70,P〈0.01).(3)Teaching efficacy was positively correlated with well-being among primary and secondary school teachers(r=0.215,P〈0.01).The predicting effect of personal teaching efficacy on well-being of primary and secondary school teachers was significantly positive(β=0.249,t=5.710,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Personal teaching efficacy can positively predict well-being of primary and secondary school teachers.
