积极心理团体辅导促进初中生师生关系的干预实验 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨以积极心理学理论为导向的团体心理辅导对初中生师生关系的影响,为中学开展健康心理辅导和干预工作提供参考。方法:在长春市一所初中学校抽取出32名师生关系存在问题的学生作为被试,以团体辅导的形式对其进行干预,采用实验组和对照组前后测试及追踪测试的实验设计,以师生关系问卷(STRQ)为评估工具,最终确定参与实验的学生为32名。结果:团体辅导干预后,实验组师生关系的依恋性因子提升了0.67(t=-4.301,P〈0.01),亲密性提升了0.92(t=-4.637,P〈0.01),冲突性降低了0.64(t=2.366,P〈0.01),回避性降低了0.78(t=3.855,P〈0.01),实验组师生关系前测和后测差异均有统计学意义;追踪评估结果显示团体辅导结束3个月后,效果依然存在。结论:积极心理团体辅导对改善初中生师生关系具有一定程度的作用,可以提高学生师生关系的水平。 Objective:To discuss the influence of group counseling on the relationship between teachers and students in junior high school,and provide reference for the health counseling and intervention of middle school.Methods:This study extracted a junior high school of Changchun city as the object of sampling,32 students who had the teachers-students relationship problems were sampled as the subjects and accepted group counseling intervention,the teacher-students relations questionnaire(STRQ)was selected as the assessment tools.Results:After group counseling intervention,attachment factors of relationship between teachers and students increased 0.67(t=4.301,P〈0.01),intimacy increased 0.92(t=4.637,P〈0.01),conflicting decreased 0.64(t=2.366,P〈0.01),avoidant decreased 0.78(t=3.855,P〈0.01)in the experimental group;After three months of group counseling,the results remained.Conclusion:Positive psychological group counseling has a certain effect on improving the teacher-student relationship in junior high school,which can improve the level of student and student relationship.
