摘要
针对火箭发动机原位静态标定传感器时产生的操作繁琐、测力不准、耗时耗力的问题,在原位静态标定方法的基础上提出一种自动标定的方法。其测试原理是通过改进数据采集方式和力源加载方式来降低标定过程的误差,并基于Labview软件和量程20 t的液压加载力源设计出一个传感器自动标定系统,测试该系统的标定精度。通过分析得到力源加载速度和力源加载均匀性是影响标定精度的主要因素。分别作对比试验探究两种主要因素对系统标定精度的影响。试验结果表明,力源加载均匀时,无论力源加载快慢,自动标定方法的标定精度均在1%内,满足工作需求。因此,自动标定方法适用于大吨位火箭发动机上传感器的标定工作,有实用前景。
In order to solve the problems of tedious operation and uncertainty of force measurements, which are also time con- suming in particular for large-tonnage rocket motor, an auto-calibration method has been put forward based on a static calibration.Its testing principle is to improve the methods of data collection and loading to reduce the errors of calibration processes. Moreover, an auto-calibration system for sensors has been designed by Labview and the hydraulic loading source in the range of 20 t, and its cali- bration precision was tested.The loading speed and uniformity of the force source are the two main factors affecting the calibration accuracy based on the measurements and analyses. The comparative tests were made on the two main factors to confirm how they in- fluence calibration accuracy of the system.These experiments have shown that when loading the force source uniformly ,the auto-cali- bration method satisfies the calibration accuracy within 1%, meeting its working requirements.So the auto-calibration method can be applied to the sensors calibration in large-tonnage rocket motor.
