摘要
随着国内汽车产业的飞速发展,汽车模具的开发质量和周期要求更加严格。为了在有限的资源约束下对模具开发进行项目管理,对项目管理中的组织模式和项目管控进行了分析和研究。结果表明:开发的符合当前市场现状和企业自身特点的组织模式,依托信息化技术对模具开发涉及到的全生命周期进行项目管理,提高了企业的运行效率和经济效益。
With the rapid development of domestic automobile industry,the quality and cycleof automobile die are more difficulty.In order to running the project management for diedevelopment under limited resource constraints,in this paper a series of analysis for theorganization mode and project control are carried out in the automobile die.The results showedthat:it has improved the operation efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises,because ofthe development of the organization mode which makes sense of the current market situation andenterprise own characteristic,and meanwhile the information technology involved the fulllifecycle of automobile die plays a significant effect on the project management.
