侧围外板废料利用及一模多件技术的相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 分析了侧围外板废料利用及一模多件实现的可行性流程,对复合制件的拉伸、修边、复合切整工序的模具设计进行了相关分析,对模具结构强度较弱的压料器进行了有限元计算,在设计前期评估了压料器结构的安全系数。结果表明:合理有效的一模多件技术不仅能够节约大量的材料、提高生产效率,减少压机生产线,而且符合目前车身开发周期缩短和低碳环保的汽车设计理念。 This paper the feasible process is analysed in more products with one die under theside inner panel,then a series of analysis is carried out between the drawing,trimming andreshaping under the composite product.Then in order to estimate the early stage of the structuresafety factor,the pad with the structure strength weak is carried on the finite element calculation.The results show that the reasonable effective over one die technology not only can save a lot ofmaterial,improve the production efficiency,reduce the compressor production line,but alsoconform to the current body to shorten the development cycle and low carbon environmentalprotection concept of automobile design.
