摘要
对于形状复杂、批量大的钣金件,成形工艺方案设计是其最难解的课题。以某卡车水壶支架的成形工艺及级进模设计为实例,介绍了一种批量生产制件的级进模结构,通过外开凸模,简易外开花斜楔的原理,解决了制件翻边后倒扣取件难的问题,效果显著,具有一定的参考意义。
For sheet metal parts with complex shape and large quantity,forming process designis the most difficult task.In this article,through a truck kettle holder forming process ofprogressive die design as an example,introduces a kind of outside the batch production of theprogressive die structure,through the open punch,simple and easy flower outside the principleof inclined wedge,solved the flanging parts after take a difficult problem of,the effect isremarkable,it has certain reference significance.
