在汽车冲压件开发过程中,外板制件面品问题造成的返工率最高,是当前冲压和涂装生产的瓶颈问题,冲压工序需人员手工修整,涂装需要进行刮灰处理,严重制约冲压和涂装车间的生产效率并增加了整车的成本投入,因此面品问题亟待解决。主要针对某车型侧围尾灯灯角凹坑的面品问题进行深入分析,从问题描述、要因分析、制定对策、方案实施、现场验证等来介绍侧围凹坑问题的解决过程,达到了提升冲压件面品品质,降低生产成本的目的。

In the development process of automobile stamping parts,the rework rate caused bythe surface product problem of the outer panel is the highest,which is the bottleneck problem ofthe current stamping and painting production.The stamping process needs manual trimming bypersonnel,and the coating needs to be grazed.The production efficiency of stamping andpainting workshops is severely restricted and the cost of the whole vehicle is increased.Therefore,the problem of surface products needs to be solved.This article mainly analyzes thesurface product problem of the taillight corner pit on the side of a vehicle,and introduces thesolution process of the side pit problem from the problem description,analysis,countermeasures,program implementation,and field verification.It achieves the goal of improving the quality ofthe pressed parts and reducing the production cost.
