摘要
目的了解银川市"3-2-1"医联体内医护人员对医联体的认知情况,为医联体的高效运行提供科学参考依据。方法本研究课题组于2018年1—3月,以宁夏某三甲医院为核心的"3-2-1"医联体模式下的医护人员为研究对象。采用自行设计的结构式调查问卷开展现场调查,内容包括医务人员的基本信息以及对医联体的认知情况。结果医护人员对医联体的了解程度(42.59%)、认可程度(41.36%)、关注程度(35.18%)不高;其中,只有38.27%的医护人员认为双向转诊通道通畅,35.8%的医护人员对双向转诊通道表示满意,37.65%的医护人员对社区首诊制的实施认为比较好。结论医务人员对医联体的认知度有待提高,需逐步加强医联体内社区首诊与双向转诊的就医模式,建议各级医疗机构运用讲座、新闻媒体等方式加大宣传力度,提高医方对医联体的认知度。
Objective To understand the cognition of medical staff in the "3-2-1" medical associations in Yinchuan City, and to provide scientific reference for the efficient operation of medical associations. Methods In this study group, from January to March 2018, the medical staff under the"3-2-1"medical joint mode with a top three hospitals in Ningxia was the research object. Conduct a site survey using a self-designed structured questionnaire that included basic information about the medical staff and knowledge of the medical association. Results The medical staff's understanding of the medical association (42.59%), recognition (41.36%), and attention (35.18%) were not high. It is necessary to gradually strengthen the medical treatment mode of the first consultation and two-way referral of the community in the medical association.
