我院2017年曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液用药情况分析

Analysis on Application of Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection in Our Hospital during 2017

目的了解重庆医科大学附属第二医院(以下简称"我院")2017年曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液的应用情况,为临床监管辅助药物提供依据。方法从我院HIS系统调取2017年曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液的应用数据,对使用科室、用量、使用率、占药比等情况进行分析,并随机抽取500份住院病历进行用药合理性分析。结果 2017年我院共3128例住院患者使用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液,全年用量共45 440支,用量排名前三的科室分别是神经内科、急救部、血管外科。点评的500份病历中,不合理病历数为126份,合理病历为374份,合格率为74.80%;不合理用药的类型主要为适应证不适宜、用法用量不适宜、联合用药不适宜、禁忌证用药等。结论我院2017年曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液的用量大、合格率低,临床应用不合理的现象较为突出,应加强监管,充分发挥药师的作用,促进临床合理应用辅助药物。

Objective To investigate the clinical application profile of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） dudng 2017, so as to provide reference for the supervision of adjuvant drugs. Methods The clinical application data of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection in our hospital during 2017 were extracted from the hospital information system （HIS）. The data were recorded and statistically analyzed in terms of involved clinical departments, usage and dosage, usage rates and the percentage of drug expenditure. Meanwhile the rationality evaluation of 500 randomly selected medical records was conducted. Results A total of 3128 inpatients had used troxerutin and cerabroprotein hydrolysate injection in our hospital during 2017,with a full-year consumption of 45440 injections.Of the 500 medical records being commented,126 involved irrational medical orders and 374 were rational, with 74.80 percentage of rational medical records. The types of irrational medical orders mainly included appropriate indications, usages and dosages, combined drugs and application with contraindications. Conclusion A large consumption and a low percentage of rational medical records were observed in regard of the clinical application of troxerutin and cerabroprotein hydrolysate injection in our hospital during 2017, and the inappropriate use was outstanding, with the need of strengthened supervision, the fully effective roles of pharmacists, in order to improve the rational application status of adjuvant drugs.
