摘要
目的探讨纳米碳甲状旁腺负显影技术在甲状腺癌术中对甲状旁腺功能的保护作用。方法选取76例甲状腺乳头状癌患者作为研究对象随机分为对照组(常规手术组)和研究组(纳米碳组),每组38例。研究组患者术中暴露患侧甲状腺后注射纳米碳,10 min后行甲状腺癌根治术;对照组患者直接行甲状腺癌根治术,不注射纳米碳。比较两组患者术前及术后24 h血清钙和甲状旁腺素水平,并比较两组患者术后常规石蜡切片检出甲状旁腺组织的病例数。结果术前两组患者血清钙及甲状旁腺素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24 h研究组患者血清钙及甲状旁腺素水平降低幅度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后石蜡病检报告显示,研究组患者术后标本检出甲状旁腺组织1例,明显少于对照组的6例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米碳甲状旁腺负显影技术能明显降低甲状腺癌术中甲状旁腺的损伤和误切率。
Objective To explore the protective effect of nano-carbon parathyroid negative development in thyroid carcinoma surgery.Methods 76 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma were randomly divided into control group(routine operation group)and experimental group(nano-carbon group),each group had 38 cases.In the experimental group,the thyroid was injected with nano-carbon,and the radical operation of thyroid cancer was performed 10minutes later.The control group was directly treated with radical thyroid cancer without the injection of nano-carbon.The serum calcium and parathyroid hormone levels were compared between the two groups before and 24H after the surgery,and we compared the number of cases which parathyroid tissue were found through pathological examinationin the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between serum calcium and parathyroid hormone in the two groups before operation(P〉0.05).The level of serum calcium and parathyroid hormone decreased in the 24 hours after operation was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).At the same time,the postoperative paraffin examination report showed that1 case of parathyroid tissue was detected in the experimental group after surgery,obviously less than 6 cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The nano-carbon parathyroid negative imaging technology can significantly reduce the damage and miscut rate of parathyroid gland in thyroid carcinoma.
