中药黄连解毒汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Chinese medicine Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨运用中药黄连解毒汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取中国人民解放军第181医院2017年1月至2018年3月收治的104例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各52例。对照组患者采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者采用二甲双胍联合中药黄连解毒汤治疗,比较两组患者的血糖控制效果、血脂水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白浓度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,且高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组患者的总有效率为82.7%,观察组为96.2%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中药黄连解毒汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果显著,可有效控制血糖、血脂水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of type 2 diabetes treated with Huanglian jiedu decoction.the control group,and the level of HDL in the control group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Chinese people＇s Liberation Army 181st hospital from January2017 to March 2018 were divided into 52 cases in the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with Chinese medicine Huanglian Jiedu soup to compare the blood glucose level and blood lipid of the two groups.Level and evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results The levels of blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the control group were all lower than those in total effective rate of the control group was 82.7%,and that of the observation group was 96.2,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with Huanglian jiedu decoction is effective in controlling blood glucose and blood lipids.
