Study on the Standardization Coordination and Promotion Mechanism in Guangdong Province

本文介绍了国外标准化管理机制的概况,在借鉴国外先进标准化管理经验的基础上,针对标准化协调推进发展出现的标准化法规体系不健全、部门职责不清、举措分工不明和沟通协调不顺畅等一些问题,在完善标准化法规体系、明确部门职责、细化深改工作和完善沟通协调机制等方面提出改进建议。

This paper introduces the standardization management mechanism of foreign countries, based on the experience of foreign advanced standardization management. There are several existing problems in the development of standardization in Guangdong province, such as uncompleted standardization regulatory system, unclear responsibilities, the lack of division of action and unsmooth communication and coordination, etc. So the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement in the aspects of improving the standardization laws, clarifying depar t mental responsibilities, detailing the refor m work, improving the com mu nication and coordination mechanism.
