Current Situation and Thoughts on Construction of Rural Ideological and Political Work Standards System

农村思想政治工作标准化规范化是当前我国社会主义新农村建设的题中之义,是加强农村基层基础工作、健全自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系,也是夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利的重要保障。中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会上习近平总书记阐述了对于我们所处时代方位和我国社会主要矛盾的新判断,成为实施乡村振兴战略推进现代化宏伟事业的战略性认识依据和设计指导方略的关键性原点。但农村思想政治工作标准不完善,远远不能适应新时代农村建设的现实需要。本文首先概述了农村思想政治工作标准化本质内涵及标准化建设的重要性,其次分析了当前农村思想政治工作发展现状,最后对农村思想政治工作标准化建设提出可参考的建议。

The standardization of rural ideological and political work is the meaning of the current socialist new rural construction in China. It is a rural governance system that strengthens rural grassroots basic work, sound autonomy, rule of law, and rule of virtue. It is also the great socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and an important guarantee for victory. General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China elaborated on the new judgments on the orientation of our times and the main contradictions in our society, and became the key to the strategic understanding of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to promote the grandeur of modernization and the key to the design guiding strategy. However, the standards of rural ideological and political work are not perfect, and they are far from being able to adapt to the actual needs of rural construction in the new era. This paper first summarizes the essential essence of the ideological and political work in rural areas and the importance of standard construction, and analyzes the current development of rural ideological and political work, putting forward suggestions for the standardization of rural ideological and political work.
