江苏省参与标准研制的现状及思考

Study on the Current Situation of Standards Development in Jiangsu Province

通过江苏省标准信息服务平台对我国2007-2016年近10年发布的国家标准、行业标准的名称、起草单位、发布时间、分类号等题录信息进行提取,对起草单位进行地理位置半自动匹配,筛选出江苏省参与研制的标准信息。基于以上标准信息,运用计量分析法对江苏省参与标准研制的现状进行宏观分析,以期为标准资源更深层次的分析挖掘提供方向。

Based on the partial information of a standard, such as standard name, drafting organization, publication date, and classification code, etc. for the national and sector standards published between 2007 and 2016 in the Jiangsu Standard Information Service Platform, this paper screens the information of standards development in Jiangsu through semi-automatic matching for the addresses of standards drafting organizations. On this basis, this paper applies the method of econometrics to conduct macroanalysis for the current situation in which organizations of Jiangsu participate in the development of standards, which is expected to provide direction for further analysis and exploitation of standard resource in the future.
