摘要
采用水性环氧树脂乳液和水性改性胺环氧固化剂作为成膜物质,同复配磷酸盐防锈颜料、水性助剂等研制成高性能水性环氧防腐涂料。该涂料安全环境友好兼具优异防腐性能,适用于对有严格环保安全要求的工业钢结构防腐领域。
High-performance waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coatings are developed with waterborne epoxy resin emulsion and waterborne modified amine epoxy curing agent as film-forming substances together with antirust compound phosphate pigments and waterborne additives. Such coatings are safe and environmentally friendly with excellent anticorrosive performance, applicable to the field of anticorrosion for industrial steel structures having strict environmental protection and safety requirements.
