异噻唑类复配杀菌剂对水性涂料罐内防腐防霉效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了绿色环境友好的异噻唑类杀菌剂A和B的热稳定性、与一些涂料的配伍性,及其防腐防霉性能等。杀菌剂A和B的稳定性、配伍性及其抗菌防霉效果实验分别参照GB/T 32777—2016、Kirby-Bauer Test Method、ASTM D4783-2013等方法来进行。经对比,实验结果表明,防腐剂A和B在-20~55℃温度下稳定,与水性涂料的配伍性良好,并能在罐内防腐体系中发挥良好的抗菌防霉效果。杀菌剂B比A的抗菌效果更为优异,且兼具防霉功能。 The thermo stability, compatibility with various coatings and sterilization properties such as antiseptic and anti-mildew properties of environmentally friendly isothiazole biocide A and B are introduced. The thermo stability, compatibility with various coatings and the antibacterial properties of biocide A and B were measured according to GB/T 32777—2016, Kirby-Bauer Test Methods, ASTM D4783-2013, etc. The results show that antiseptic A and B have good stability at the temperature range of-20~55 °C and good compatibility with waterborne coatings and demonstrate good antibacterial effects when these two biocides are employed in the in-can preservation system. Especially, biocide B has more excellent antibacterial performance than biocide A and has anti-mildew property.
