摘要
对水性涂料中气泡的产生及稳定效应进行了阐述,并从热力学角度分析比较了消泡剂发挥作用的必要条件及作用机制,以此深层次理解不同化学组成的消泡剂作用效率差异性的根本原因。最后,对水性涂料用消泡剂的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper explains the formation and stabilization of foam in waterborne coatings. The action necessities and modes of defoamers are also analyzed and compared from the perspective of thermodynamics to understand the differences of defoamers with different components in depth. Moreover, the future development trends of defoamers in waterborne coatings are envisioned.
