门静脉血管成像常用技术及流入反转恢复磁共振血管成像技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 门静脉系统供应肝脏70%~80%的血液,是肝脏的主要供血通道[1]。门静脉系统疾病常常会引起上消化道出血、肝性脑病等而导致患者死亡,因此对门静脉病变定位、定性及病变范围的精准判断至关重要。借助影像学检查方法可以准确直观、立体地了解门静脉的解剖结构及变异情况.
