焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在中青年胃癌前病变患者治疗中的应用

The Application of Solution-focused Group Therapy in the Treatment of Gastric Precancerous Lesions in Young and Middle-aged Patients

目的：探讨焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导对中青年胃癌前病变患者应对方式、心理健康的影响。方法：将120例中青年胃癌前病变患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导。干预前及干预2个月后发放医学应对问卷（MCMQ）评估患者的应对方式,发放症状自评量表（SCL-90）评估患者心理健康情况。结果：观察组干预后面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=3.085,-2.481,-2.608;P〈0.05）;观察组干预后躯体化、人际关系敏感、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性、其他评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=-2.829,-3.872,-3.065,-3.140,-3.080,-4.190,-3.869,-3.244;P〈0.05）。结论：焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导可转变中青年胃癌前病变患者的应对方式,减轻心理压力。

Objective： To investigate the effect of solution-focused group therapy on the coping style and mental health of young and middle-aged patients with gastric precancerous lesions. Methods： A total of 120 young and middle-aged patients with gastric precancerous lesions were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological nursing,and the observation group was given solution-focused group therapy on the basis of the nursing for the control group.The Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（ MCMQ） was used to assess the coping style of the patients before the intervention and after 2 months of intervention,and the symptom checklist 90（ SCL-90） was used to assess the mental health status of the patients.Results： After the intervention,the facing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of the control group（ t = 3. 085,-2. 481,-2. 608; P〈0.05）. Scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,psychosis and other scores in the observation group after the intervention were lower than those in the control group（ t =-2.829,-3.872,-3.065,-3.140,-3.080,-4.190,-3.869,-3.244; P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Solution-focused group therapy can change the coping style and reduce the mental pressure of the patients with gastric precancerous lesions.
