摘要
目的:依据贫困大学生的心理特点,本研究设计贫困大学生心理扶助的集中大型封闭(CCL)团体咨询教育模块,并通过实施验证其教育作用的有效性。方法:在某高校开展CCL团体咨询,使用逆商量表、心理弹性量表、自我效能感量表,通过实验组(n=40)和控制组(n=40)前后测对比的方式验证其有效性。结果:(1)贫困大学生在3个量表上表现与全国常模差别不大,归因因子上显著高于全国常模(t=7.311,P〈0.001)。在干预后除了忍耐因子外,其他因子皆比全国常模有显著改善;(2)从干预前后测对比看,实验组除了控制因子、力量因子、乐观性因子没有显著改善,其余因子和总分均得到了显著改善;而控制组的前后测对比均没有显著改善。结论:本研究设计的CCL模块对于提高贫困大学生的逆商、心理弹性和自我效能感的大部分因子和总体上都是有效的。
Objective: Based on psychological characteristics of impoverished college students,this research designs "centralized closed and large group counseling( CCL) " modules to improve impoverished college students ' psychological quality,and analyze it's educational effect.Methods: CCL was conducted in a college,and it's validity was tested by experimental group( n = 40) and control group( n = 40) through pre-post test design using AQ questionnaire,CD-RISC,and General Self-Efficacy Scale.Results:(1)The performance of impoverished college students and national norm on CD-RISC,General Self-Efficacy Scale and AQ questionnaire were similar. On attribution factor,impoverished college students were significantly higher than the national norm( t = 7.311 P〈0.001).After intervention of CCL,all factors on three scales were significantly improved expect endurance factor.(2)From pre-post test's result,experimental group was significantly improved on total scores and factors scores of three scales,expect control factor,power factor,and optimistic factor. By contrast,control group had no significant change on all scores.Conclusion: CCL counseling module designed in this research has overall validity on impoverished college students' AQ,resilience,and self-efficacy.
