摘要
目的运用Meta分析法对相关研究文献进行合并分析,探讨有氧运动对学龄儿童工作记忆刷新功能影响的剂量效应关系,为今后相关研究提供循证依据。方法以"有氧运动""工作记忆""记忆刷新""执行功能""学龄儿童""aerobic exercise""working memory""executive function""children""school-age children""teenagers""school child"为中英文检索词,数据库平台包括中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)数据库、万方数据库、SCI科学引文索引WOS数据库、PubMed数据库和Springer link数据库,文献的检索时间为2017年9月24日,时间跨度为数据库建立至2017年9月,共收集中英文文献381篇,经过筛选后纳入文献26篇,包含研究样本2 158名,采用随机效应模型进行分析。结果中等强度有氧运动对学龄儿童工作记忆刷新功能影响的合并效应值Z=10.42(P<0.01),加权均数差(WMD)为0.93,95%CI=0.76~1.11;高强度有氧运动组的合并效应值Z=0.45(P=0.86),WMD值为0.09,95%CI=-0.31~0.50。结论中等强度有氧运动对学龄儿童的工作记忆刷新功能具有提升作用,而高强度有氧运动对学龄儿童的工作记忆刷新功能无提升作用。
Objective To analyze the related research literature by using Meta-analysis method,and to explore the dose effect of aerobic exercise on updating function of school-age children's working memory,so that to provide evidence for future related studies. Methods Searching literarture with " aerobic exercise" " working memory" " memory updating" " executive function" "school-age children" in English and Chinese as keywords in database platform,including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,WOSSCIE,Pub Med database and Springer link during the period from the establishment of databse to September 24,2017,We collected 381 literatures After literature screening,26 literatures was included,including 2 158 samples,which were analyzed by using the random effects models. Results The random effect model was used to analyze the combined effect value of the literature. The analysis results showed that the combined effect of moderate aerobic exercise on working memory updating function of school-age children was Z = 10.42( P〈0. 01),WMD = 0.93,95%CI =( 0.76-1.11); the combined effect value of high intensity aerobic exercise group was Z = 0.45( P = 0.86),WMD = 0.09,95% CI =(-0.31-0.50). Conclusion Moderate aerobic exercise can significantly improve the working memory updating function of school-age children,high intensity aerobic exercise made no improving effect on the updating function of children's working memory.
