超微血管成像技术在儿童期睾丸超声检查中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价超微血管成像技术(SMI)在儿童期睾丸超声检查中的应用价值。方法随机选取2016年1月至2018年3月在广东省中西医结合医院行睾丸超声检查的儿童29例,均由主治医师或主治医师以上检查,分别运用TOSHIBAAPlio400或APlio500行SMI与高频彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检测睾丸内是否存在血流信号以及睾丸内血管分支数量,并进行对比分析。结果 29例儿童58个睾丸,分别运用CDFI和SMI检测睾丸内血流信号,CDFI检测0级、1级、2级血流分别为14个、39个、5个,SMI检测0级、1级、2级血流分别为1个、20个、37个,SMI在血流显示率方面明显优于CDFI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SMI技术在儿童期睾丸超声检查中能较好显示睾丸内血流信号,真实反映睾丸内血流分布情况,有较高的应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of ultra-microvascular imaging(SMI) in children's testicular ultrasound. Methods Twenty-nine children with testicular ultrasonography in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected and examined by the attending physician or above. The TOSHIBA APlio400 or APlio500 line SMI and high frequency were used respectively. High-frequency color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) was used to detect the presence of blood flow signals in the testis and the number of blood vessel branches in the testis, and comparative analysis was performed. Results Twenty-nine children with 58 testes were tested for blood flow in the testis by CDFI and SMI. CDFI detected 14, 39, and 5 blood flow in grade 0, grade 1, and level 2, respectively. SMI detected 1, 20 and 37 blood flow in grade 0, grade 1, and level 2, respectively. SMI was significantly better than CDFI in blood flow rate. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion SMI technique can better display the blood flow signal in the testis during childhood testicular ultrasound examination, which truly reflects the distribution of blood flow in the testis and has a high application value.
