摘要
近几年,上海市实施了学区化、集团化办学集群驱动、教育内涵发展及校内外育人共同体建设等一系列政策措施,以确保随迁子女在地理空间、教育空间及社会交往空间的融入,取得了较大成效。未来应着重于支持流动人口边缘化社区,提升随迁子女学校教师教学技能,并支持引入社会力量,进一步弥合教育差距。
In recent years,a series of policies and measures are actively implemented in Shanghai to ensure theintegration of migrant children in geographical,educational,and social and cultural spaces,including group-and district-oriented school running,educational connotation development,and cooperative education community inside and outsidethe campus. In the future,it is necessary to support marginalized communities of floating population,improve theteaching skills of teachers in migrant children schools,and give strong support to the introduction of social forces in orderto further fill up the educational gap.
