地方新建本科高校的新工科建设具有特殊性和重要意义,是中国工程教育发展的重要组成部分。地方新建本科高校普遍存在基础薄弱的问题,但也要看到其在产业定位上的特殊性和发展空间。地方新建本科高校要以新经济为引领,围绕产业需求和自身特色精准定位,以回归工程实践为主线,通过高校机制的系统设计,将工程领域发展的最新实践成果全面融入应用型人才培养的全过程,形成"两新交融"的地方新建本科高校新工科教育模式。

Construction of Emerging Engineering in newly-built local universities has particularity and significance,which is an important part of engineering education in China.Newly-built local universities usually have weak foundation.However,they can have special industry position and developmental space on the industrial chain.Based on the requirements of the industry and their own characteristics,newly-built local universities should take the new economy as the lead,take the engineering practice as the main line,and systematically design the engineering education to integrate the latest engineering practical achievements into the whole process of applied talent cultivation.In this way,the education mode of Emerging Engineering.in newly-built local universities can be formed.
