基于扎根理论的工科人才培养路径研究--40所高校的卓越工程师培养报告文本分析 被引量:13

Research on the Path of Training Engineering Talents Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 新工业革命背景下,我国工程人才培养面临新的挑战。本文借助扎根理论,以40所"卓越计划"试点学校的2016年度报告文本资料为案例,通过深度分析,构建了卓越工科人才培养路径的理论模型,得出卓越工科人才培养必须坚持"内外政策保障下校企深度联动"的实施路径,并给出了进一步促进卓越工科人才培养的建议。 Against the background of new Industrial Revolution,the training of engineering talents in China faces new challenges.Based on the grounded theory,this paper built the theory model of excellent engineering talents cultivation path according to the report texts in 2016 from 40 universities as the pilot schools of Education Training Program.This paper also found that universities must train the excellent engineering talents by adhering to the path which is described as"profound linkage between university and industry with the guarantee of inside and outside policy".Based on the sample data,this paper has carried on the analysis and interpretation to every part of the module content,and finally gave some advice to further promote the training of Excellent engineering talents.
