新工科背景下工科生自主学习力的深度构建——以X大学“现代密码学”SPOC翻转课堂为例 被引量:50

The Construction of Engineering Students' Self-regulated Learning in the Background of Emerging Engineering

摘要 新一轮科技革命和产业变革与我国加快转变经济发展方式形成历史性交汇,新经济快速发展迫切需要工程人才支撑,对未来工程人才核心素养的需求越来越多元化、转换速度越来越快。本研究认为,"自主学习力"是新工科背景下工科生应该具备的关键能力,是应对不断变化的工程人才核心素养需求的有效途径。本研究以X大学"现代密码学"SPOC翻转课堂为例,构建了以学生为中心的自主学习力教室,实现了学生学习毅力、学习动力、学习态度、深度学习能力、学习策略与反思等自主学习力的整体提升,为新工科建设提供一个可参考的案例。 The new round of technological revolution and industrial change coincide with China's accelerating transformation of economic development.The engineering education in China faces the great challenges from the new economy characterized by new technologies,new products,new formats and new models.The rapid development of the new economy urgently needs to be supported by new engineering talents.Therefore,the demand for the core literacy of new engineering professionals has been diversified.This study believes that the"self-regulated learning"is the key ability that new engineering talents should possess.Cultivating the"self-regulated learning"of new engineering talents is an effective way to cope with the changing demand for new engineering talents.Taking the SPOC flipped classroom of"Modern Cryptography"in X University as an example,this study,by constructing a student-centered self-regulated learning classroom,improved students' "self-regulated learning",including students' perseverance,motivation,learning attitude,ability of in-depth learning,learning strategy,reflection and so on.Thus,it can provide a reference for the construction of emerging engineering.
