骨性Ⅱ类代偿矫治患者与中国美貌人群的侧貌美学研究

Comparison of facial profile in skeletal Class Ⅱ patients treated with orthodontics and Chinese beauty

目的 研究骨性Ⅱ类患者代偿矫治后侧貌美学变化及与美貌人群的侧貌美学差异.方法 对骨性Ⅱ类代偿矫治患者及中国美貌明星各60名进行美学评分.比较矫治前后美学评分及软硬组织指标差异,比较矫治后高分患者与高分明星的美学评分及软组织指标差异,通过Pearson相关分析及多元线性逐步回归筛选与美学评分密切相关的软硬组织指标.结果 骨性Ⅱ类患者代偿矫治前美学评分为3.22±1.25,矫治后为5.77±1.27,明星为7.98±0.89.矫治后SNA角等31项指标与矫治前有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,矫治后高分组美学评分及G-Pm-Pos角等12项指标与明星高分组有高度显著性差异（P＜0.01）.骨性Ⅱ类患者侧貌美观程度与U1-APog距、LLA-E距、ULA-E距、G-Sn-Pos角密切相关.结论 正畸代偿治疗只能在一定程度上提升骨性Ⅱ类患者侧貌美观程度.

Objective To compare the difference of facial profile aesthetics between the skeletal Class Ⅱ patients treated with orthodontics and the Chinese beauty.Methods The pre-and post-treatment facial profile images of 60 skeletal Class Ⅱ patients and 60 Chinese beautiful stars were graded by orthodontists.The grades and the pre-and post-treatment parameters of patients were compared.The grades and parameters of treated patients and that of the stars were also compared.Parameters closely related to the facial profile aesthetics in treated skeletal Class Ⅱ patients were screened using Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis Results The pre-and post-treatment grades in the patients were 3.22± 1.25.and 5.77 ±1.27,respectively.The grade of the stars was 7.98±0.89.31.Parameters including SNA were significantly changed in skeletal Class Ⅱ patients after orthodontic treatment （P〈0.05）.Grades and 12 soft tissue parameters in treated patients were significantly different from that in beautiful stars （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Orthodontic treatment improved the facial profile aesthetics in skeletal Class Ⅱ patients to a certain extent.
