骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)人群牙槽代偿的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 牙槽代偿是指在骨性不调的情况下,通过牙齿的适应性改变来建立咬合关系的现象.骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)人群前牙区的牙槽代偿主要表现为上下切牙倾斜度的改变.后牙区的牙槽代偿主要表现为磨牙颊舌向倾斜度的改变,以代偿上下颌骨宽度的不协调.性别是否为骨性Ⅲ人群牙槽代偿现象的影响因素,以及牙槽代偿、正畸治疗与牙周组织破坏三者之间是否存在联系,目前的研究结论尚不统一.临床研究表明,对于骨性Ⅲ类错(牙合)患者,无论是掩饰性治疗还是正畸-正颌联合治疗,均需要深入理解牙槽代偿现象.本文通过对骨性Ⅲ类人群牙槽代偿相关研究的归纳综述,深入理解牙槽代偿现象,为进一步的研究探索提供思路. Dentoalveolar compensation was defined as a series of adaptation in teeth and alveolar bone to achieve a comparably normal occlusal relationship,in the situations of skeletal malocclusion.The dentoalveolar compensation in skeletal Class Ⅲ could be mainly based on two aspects.:anterior and posterior dental arch.The inclination of incisors could be adjusted to improve sagittal discrepancies.Molars played an important part in the dentoalveolar compensation of transverse skeletal discrepancies.Whether or not the dentoalveolar compensation in Class Ⅲ showed a gender difference,and how was the mutual influence going between alveolar bone and periodontium,still remained to be controversial issueses.Besides,no matter which treatment plan made for Class Ⅲ patients,a deep understanding of dentoalveolar compensation could be great helpful.The study of topics mentioned above could deepen the understanding on skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion,develop the knowledge of craniofacial growth and contribute to making reasonable treatment plans.
