浙江新型城市全球化的测度与比较研究

Measurement and Comparative Study of New Urban Globalization in Zhejiang Province

城市不仅是全球化的载体,也是全球化的推动者。本文构建了中国新型城市全球化指数,并对浙江省11个城市和其他25个城市的新型城市全球化水平进行了测度。文章主要得出以下结论:中国城市的全球化发展尚处于初级阶段且差距明显,杭州、宁波领军浙江新型城市全球化,深圳、珠海、上海、东莞是中国新型城市全球化的四大标杆城市。在融合性方面,国际贸易和海外投资是新型城市全球化的基础,但是浙江城市发展不平衡,综合表现不佳。在活跃性方面,丽水、杭州入围新型城市全球化活跃性前十名,旅游、侨情、国际盛会等成为影响城市开放交流的重要因素。在创新性方面,浙江城市的海外专利与技术贸易仍有短板,珠三角城市创新实力展露头角,中西部城市或凭借创新优势实现追赶。在持续性方面,浙江未来城市全球化的潜力十足,开始步入创新驱动、人才引领的新格局。

City is not only the carrier of globalization, but also the promoter of globalization. In this article, we construct the new urban globalization index of China and measure the degree of urban globalization of 11 cities from Zhejiang province and 25 cities from other provinces. We can draw the following conclusions： The urban globalization of Chinese cities is still in the initial stage with distinct disparity. Hangzhou and Ningbo are the leaders of Zhejiang new urban globalization. Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shanghai and Dongguan are the four benchmark cities of China＇s urban globalization. In terms of integration, international trade and overseas investment are the bases of urban globalization. But the development of Zhejiang cities is unbalanced and the comprehensive performance is poor. In terms of activeness, Lishui and Hangzhou are shortlisted in the top ten urban globalization. Tourism, overseas Chinese and international events have become important factors in the open communication of cities. In terms of innovation, the overseas patent application and technology trade of Zhejiang city still lag behind. The cities in the pearl river delta are the most innovative and cities in the Midwest are catching up. In terms of sustainability, Zhejiang＇s future for urban globalization has great potential and is stepping into a new pattern, which is innovation-driven and talent leading.
