胞外囊泡在血液系统肿瘤中研究进展

摘要 胞外囊泡是当细胞活化或凋亡时分泌的膜性囊泡。胞外囊泡包含能反映亲代细胞起源的遗传学和蛋白组学成分,可作为预测肿瘤进展的一种新标志物。本文就胞外囊泡在肿瘤诊断、预后评估,及其在血液系统恶性肿瘤的肿瘤微环境、肿瘤血管生成的作用研究进展作一综述。 Extracellular vesicles are membranous particles secreted by cells upon cell activation or apoptosis.Extracellular vesicles contain genetic and proteomic contents which can reflect the origin of cell,and can be regarded a new predictive biomarker for cancer development.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of extracellular vesicles in cancer diagnosis,prognosis prediction,as well as the microenvironment and tumor angiogenesis of hematological malignancies.
