退耕还林对农村产业结构的影响及产业发展对策探析——以黔西北岩溶山区为例

随着社会经济的发展,自然资源总量急剧减少,生态环境持续恶化,严重威胁到人类社会的健康持续发展。本文就贵州省毕节市岩溶石漠化地区退耕还林对农村产业结构和经济发展影响分析的基础上,提出了提高农作物种植技术含量、发展特色经果林和菌材林产业、加强生态旅游业发展、培育农林产品加工龙头企业、提升农民劳动技能等退耕还林产业发展建议,以期为类似退耕还林区提供借鉴和参考。

With the development of social economy,the total amount of natural resources has decreased sharply and the ecological environment has been deteriorating,which has seriously threatened the healthy and sustainable development of human society. Based on the analysis of the impact of returning farmland to forests on the rural industrial structure and economic development in the karst rocky desertification area of Bijie City,Guizhou Province,this paper puts forward the following suggestions： increasing the technical content of crop cultivation,developing characteristic fruit and fungus forest industries,strengthening the development of eco-tourism,cultivating leading enterprises for processing agricultural and forestry products,and promoting the labor of farmers. Skills and other suggestions on the development of returning farmland to forest industry,with a view to providing reference and reference for similar cropland to forest areas.
