绿色建筑理念在养老建筑设计中的运用探讨

Application Of Green Building Concept In Old Age Building Design

现阶段我国逐渐进入老龄化社会,因此社会养老建筑的工程质量逐渐受到公众的广泛关注。基于此,本文就绿色建筑理念在养老建筑设计中的运用进行研究,首先就养老建筑设计在生理和心理方面的需求进行分析,然后阐述绿色建筑理念在养老建筑设计中的保温隔热作用、环境优化作用、大气保湿作用、噪音治理作用,最后结合养老建筑设计现状,提出一些切实可行的应用策略,以此提高设计水平。

At present,China is gradually entering an aging society,so the project quality of social old-age buildings has gradually been widely concerned by the public. Based on this,this paper studies the application of green building concept in the design of old-age buildings. Firstly,it analyzes the physiological and psychological needs of the design of old-age buildings,and then expounds the thermal insulation,environmental optimization,atmospheric humidity and noise control of green building concept in the design of old-age buildings. Finally,combined with the design status of old-age buildings,put forward some practical application strategies to improve the design level.
