多年来,农村及林区居民的饮用水问题一直受到上级各主管部门及当地广大人民群众的高度重视,国务院、国家发改委、水利部、卫生部等有关部门多次制定相关政策及采取相应措施着力解决农村及林区居民的饮用水问题;近年来国家及黑龙江省的各级主管部门也对农村及林区居民的饮用水不断增加投入和补助。由此可见,探讨农村及林业局林场饮用水安全问题已上升到日事日程。

In recent years,the state and the competent departments at all levels in Heilongjiang Province have increased their input and subsidies to drinking water for rural and forest residents. The drinking water problem of rural and forest residents has been highly valued by the higher authorities and the local people for many years. The State Council,the State Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Health and other relevant departments have formulated relevant policies and taken corresponding measures to solve the drinking water problem of rural and forest residents.
