摘要
党中央国务院审批通过的《关于加快推进生态文明建设的意见》属于促进我国生态文明建设的核心文件,其中明确强调了依靠制度保护生态环境,推进构建更加完善的生态文明制度体系。湿地保护管理是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,相关保护管理制度建设也是确保湿地保护管理工作得以有序开展的基本前提。本文结合笔者实际研究,对此问题展开了探讨。
The Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council belongs to the core document of promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China,which clearly emphasizes the protection of the ecological environment by relying on the system and promoting the construction of a more perfect system of ecological civilization. Wetland protection and management is an important part of China＇s ecological civilization construction,and related protection and management system construction is the basic premise to ensure the orderly development of wetland protection and management. Based on the author＇s actual research,this paper probes into this problem.
