监管科技的运用实现了监管部门监管手段的提升,达到了满足监管需求、提高监管效率的效果。近年来,监管科技逐渐被各国监管部门所重视。本文梳理了当前国际国内监管机构监管科技应用情况,对监管科技未来发展趋势进行了展望,并提出了我国金融监管部门发展和运用监管科技的相关建议。

The application of RegTech has promoted the regulatory means, while meeting regulatory needs and improving regulatory efficiency. In recent years, RegTech has been paid more attention by regulators. This article explores the current situation of RegTech applied by international and domestic regulatory agencies, and looks forward for the future development trend. It also puts forward suggestions for the development and application of RegTech by China＇s financial regulatory authorities.
