摘要
端粒损耗被认为是细胞衰老的重要标志之一,与神经系统疾病密切相关。端粒酶不仅具有经典的延长端粒的作用,近些年还发现其具有神经保护作用。端粒与端粒酶将有望成为预防、延缓和治疗神经系统疾病重要的新靶点,并将为神经系统疾病提供新的研究思路和治疗策略。本文就端粒与端粒酶在神经系统疾病研究中的最新进展综述如下。
Telomere loss is considered to be one of the important markers of cellular senescence and is closely related to nervous system diseases. Telomerase not only has the function of prolonging telomeres, but also has neuroprotective effect. Telomere and telomerase are expected to be important new targets for the prevention, delay and treatment of nervous system diseases, and will provide new research ideas and treatment strategies for neurological diseases. This paper reviews the recent progress in the study oftelomerase and telomerase in nervous system diseases.
