EVI1融合基因阳性先天性白血病1例报告 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析先天性白血病患儿临床及随访特点,为先天性白血病临床诊治提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2016年开封市儿童医院新生儿病房收治先天性白血病患儿1例,该患儿结合形态学、免疫学、分子生物学等多学科综合性诊断:符合伴EVI1阳性先天性髓系白血病、经外院对症治疗后,骨髓原始细胞呈逐渐减低趋势。结论:先天性白血病病死率高,应先完善的实验室数据后明确诊断、确定免疫分型,采取保守支持治疗、且存在一定缓解可能。
