摘要
运用德尔菲法结合相关文献,建立能源互联网发展指数初步评估指标体系,在此基础上利用粗糙集属性约简和因子分析方法进行指标的约简和降维处理,解决指标体系代表性弱、相关性强和重叠性广等问题。结合调查问卷结果对约简降维后的指标体系进行分析,得到的指标体系能够合理解释问卷结果,证明约简后的指标体系不仅具有简洁性,也具有可行性。
Energy Internet is the inevitable trend of the future development of energy and electric power. To evaluate the development index of Energy Intemet, issues such as redundancy indicators must be resolved first. Firstly, this paper estab- lishes the preliminary index system of energy Internet development index though referring to relevant literature and Delphi method. On this basis, attribute reduction and dimension reduction are carried out by the rough set theory and factor analy- sis method, which solved the problem of weak representation and strong correlation in index system. Finally, the index sys- tem is analyzed with the results of the questionnaire survey and the results obtained are consistent with each other, which proved the index system reduced is not only simple, but also feasible.
