摘要
针对军民融合深度发展中军民技术转移网络的演化特点,基于军民技术转移复杂网络的结构特征分析,综合考虑多种影响因素,建立非完全信息下军民技术供需双方行为交互的演化博弈模型,研究军民博弈双方的行为演化路径和稳定策略,并分析各影响因素对演化稳定策略的作用关系。研究发现:转移高附加值技术、提高技术转化水平、降低双方信息获取与技术转化成本、以及减少非道德运用技术的概率,可有效促进军民技术转移网络活动的开展。
Aiming at the evolvement characteristics of military and civilian technology transfer network in the development of military and civilian integration, this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of complex networks of military and ci- vilian technology transfer and synthetically consider a variety of influencing factors. We construct an evolutionary game mod- el of behavioral interaction between supply and demand of military and civilian technology under incomplete information to study the behavior evolutionary path and stability strategy of both civil and military game and analyze the effect of each in- fluencing factor on evolutionary stability strategy. The study found that: transfer the high value - added technologies, im- prove the level of technological transformation, reduce the costs of information acquisition and technology transfer of both parties, and reduce the probability of non - ethical use of technology can effectively promote the military and civilian tech- nology transfer network activities.
