独立学院大学生学习动机影响因素及对策研究——以兰州市某高校为例 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用黄希庭等人编制的大学生学习动机调查问卷,以兰州市某独立学院大一至大四共370名大学生为对象进行调查,数据结果显示求知进取、社会取向和物质追求对大学生的影响较强;对性别差异的比较中,在求知进取上差异显著,在个人成就上存在边缘差异;对年级差异的比较中,在社会取向上存在边缘差异;对专业差异的比较中,在物质追求上,理工科大学生与文科大学生有显著差异。根据数据分析结果,提出提高独立学院大学生的学习动机的四个建议:消除认知偏见,树立学生自信;增进沟通交流,强化学习行为;完善知识结构,满足学生需求;做好职业规划,提高学习兴趣。
