依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Observation about curative effect of ebastine combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis

目的观察依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法 2014年9月-2017年5月,择取在本院治疗的常年性变应性鼻炎患者180例,根据门诊号奇偶随机分为两组,各90例,对照组行布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,观察组行布地奈德鼻喷剂联合依巴斯汀治疗,4周后评定疗效差异。结果治疗4周后,两组的鼻部症状评分,血清IL-4、IL-8、Ig E水平与RQLQ评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组的不良反应发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎安全、有效,对于缓解鼻部症状及改善生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ebastine combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods From September 2014 to May 2017, 180 cases of patients with perennial allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital were selected. According to the odd and even number of outpatient, all the cases were divided into two groups, 90 cases in each group. For control group, all cases were treated with budesonide nasal spray, while all cases received budesonide nasal spray combined with ebastine for observation group. The curative effects were evaluated after 4 weeks. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,The score of the nasal symptoms, the serum IL-4, IL-8, Ig E level and RQLQ scores decreased between two groups, and All socres of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was not significantly different（P〉0.05）. Conclusion t Budesonide nasal spray combined with abastine in the treatment of chronic allergic rhinitis is safe, effective and has great significance for relieving nasal symptoms and improving the quality of life.
