13例混合视野输血反应的分析

Analysis of 13 cases of mixed visual transfusions

目的通过13例血型鉴定(试管法)多次离心产生混合视野现象,分析血清抗体、放散液抗体的鉴定,通过结合输血史、用药史、疾病史,分析输血反应产生原因。方法选取2017年11月-2018年2月上海市血液中心收治的13例血型血清学试验存在混合视野的患者,对患者的血型血清学特征以及在近3月的输血史、用药史、疾病史进行回顾性分析,评价是否因输血而导致的同种抗体。结果 10例患者均产生特异性同种抗体,发生输血反应;2例患者血清中检测出冷抗体,未确定其特异性;1例患者检测出不规则抗体未确定其特异性。结论通过血型血清学试验多次离心发现混合视野现象,验证输血反应的发生从而有效选择避免相应抗体,保障临床输血安全。

Objective 13 cases of blood group identification（test tube method）were repeatedly centrifuged to produce mixed visual field. The identification of antibodies in serum and release liquid were analyzed. The causes of transfusion reactions were analyzed by combining blood transfusion history, medication history and disease history.Methods 13 cases of serological test from 2017.11 to 2018.2,the Shanghai blood center were mixed with vision, on the serological characteristics of patients which were retrospectively analyzed in March＇s blood transfusion history, medication history, disease history, isoantibody evaluate whether caused by blood transfusion. Results10 cases of patients had specific allo antibodies and transfusion reactions. 2 patients had detected cold antibodies in serum, and their specificity was not determined. 1 patients had detected irregular antibodies, and their specificity was not determined. Conclusion The phenomenon of mixed vision can be found by multiple centrifugation in blood group serology test, and the occurrence of transfusion reaction can be verified, so as to effectively select and avoid corresponding antibodies and ensure the safety of clinical transfusion.
