摘要
目的分析PDCA护理管理程序对医院护士绩效考核、护士满意度以及积极性效果的影响。方法本研究于乌鲁木齐市眼耳鼻喉专科医院内部选取了2017年1月-2018年1月新入职68名护士作为研究对象,依据不同的护理管理程序,将其分为研究组和对照组,比较两组护士的绩效考核结果、护士满意度以及工作积极性。结果研究组护士绩效考核的各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);PDCA护理管理程序实施后,研究组护士的工作满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.05);研究组护士工作积极性的优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA护理管理程序应用于护士管理中,不仅能够提高护士的工作质量,还有利于提高护士的工作满意度,更有利于激发护士的工作积极性,因而宜广泛应用于医院护理管理中。
Objective To analyze the performance evaluation of hospital nurses by PDCA nursing management procedure. Methods This study selected 68 new nurses from January 2017 to January 2018 in Xinjiang Urumqi Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist Hospital as the research objects, according to different nursing management procedures. It was divided into the study group and the control group. The results of the performance appraisal, the satisfaction of the nurses and the working enthusiasm were compared between the two groups.Results Each index of the study group nurses' performance appraisal was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05), and the nursing of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The excellent and good rate of nurses' enthusiasm in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA nursing management program in nursing management can not only improve the working quality of nurses, but also helpful to improve the job satisfaction of nurses and stimulate the enthusiasm of nurses, so it should be widely used in hospital nursing management.
