摘要
以２，４，６一三硝基氯苯（ＰＣ）所致迟发型变态反应（ＰＣ一ＤＴＴＪ）为指标，对二妙散水提物进行提取分离，对有效部位进行定性分析，发现生物碱类组分是其免疫抑制活性成分之一。

inhibitory effects on the picryl chloride(PC) induced delayed type hypersensitivity,separation and
qualitative analysis were carried out on effective principles of the aqueous extract from Ermiao
powder.The resuIt indicates that the alkaloids contained in the extract are one of active
components with immunosuppressive action.
