理气活血滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对患者情绪状态、血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响

Effect of Liqi Huoxue drop pills on clinical symptoms,emotional state,recurrence rate,long-term quality of life,serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的分析理气活血滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对患者情绪状态、血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2014-04至2016-08收治的94例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上辅以理气活血滴丸治疗。连续治疗4周,并随访6个月以上,对比两组临床症状改善情况、复发率、远期生活质量及治疗前后血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平的差异。结果对照组总有效率为82.98%,随访期间复发率为19.15%;观察组总有效率为97.87%,复发率为4.26%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组HAMD评分、SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6个月时观察组患者HAMD评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间对照组不良反应发生率为10.64%,观察组不良反应发生率为14.89%,组间差异无统计学意义。结论采用理气活血滴丸辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛有助于减轻患者的临床症状,并改善患者的远期生活质量,降低血清炎性反应因子水平是其治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用机制之一。

Objective To analyze the effect of Liqi Huoxue（ qi-regulating and blood-activating） drop pills on the improvement of clinical symptoms,emotional state,recurrence rate,long-term quality of life,serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels in patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods Ninety-four patients with angina pectoris treated between April 2014 and August2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each. The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Liqi Huoxue drop pills. The course of treatment lasted for4 weeks,and follow-up went on for more than 6 months. Improvement of clinical symptoms,recurrence rate,long-term quality of life,and serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 82. 98% in the control group and the recurrence rate was 19. 15% in the follow-up period,compared with 97. 87% and 4. 26% in the observation group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.There was no significant difference in HAMD scores or SF-36 scores between the two groups before treatment. Six months after treatment,the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,but the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 levels were not significantly different between the two groups of patients before treatment. However,after treatment,these levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.The rate of adverse reactions of the control group was 10. 64% during the treatment,compared with 14. 89% in the observation group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Liqi Huoxue dropping pills,when used as an adjunctive therapy for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,helps relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,reduce the risk of recurrence,and improve the long-term quality of life of patients. Reducing the level of serum inflammatory factors may be one of the mechanisms by which these pills can help treat coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
