糖平宝的淀粉酶抑制作用

摘要 糖平宝是治疗糖尿病的中药方剂。用昆明种小鼠实验观察糖平宝(TPB)的降血糖作用,发现TPB对正常小鼠淀粉负荷糖耐量有增强作用;对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠淀粉负荷后高血糖有降糖作用。但它对正常小鼠的葡萄糖耐量则无影响。表明TPB的降血糖作用与其抑制消化道淀粉酶活性有关。 A Chinese drug formula Tangpingbao is composed of some Chi-nese herbs and used to treat diabetes. Hypoglycemic aetivity of Tangpingbao wasinvestigated in kunnming mice. Tangpingbao was found to smooth the hyper-glycemia caused by starch一loading at both normal and alloxan一induced di-abetic mice. But it did not decrease hyperglycemia caused by glucose. We came tothe conclusion that Tangpingbao is an amylase inhibitor decreasing intraluminalamylase activity on starch digestion.
