上皮细胞黏附分子和滋养层细胞表面抗原2在大鼠梗阻性肝损伤动物模型中的研究

摘要 目的探讨上皮细胞黏附分子(EpCAM)及滋养层细胞表面抗原2(TROP2)与大鼠梗阻性肝组织损伤进程的关系。方法 48只实验大鼠分对照组、结扎组和再通组3组,各16只。对照组行开关术,结扎组行硅胶管置入胆管结扎术,再通组硅胶管置入胆管结扎术后7 d行再通。观察3组血清酶学变化、大鼠胆管结扎及再通前后肝脏形态组织学改变以及EpCAM和TROP2的表达分布情况。结果结扎组中EpCAM和TROP2含量随结扎时间延长,其阳性细胞比率逐渐上升,而再通组中EpCAM和肝损伤组织变化进程不完全一致。结论 EpCAM可作为判断梗阻性肝损伤中损伤进程的指标,而TROP2与梗阻性肝损伤中修复进程密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) and the surface antigen 2 (trophobalst cell surface antigen 2, TROP2) of the trophoblast ceils and the process of obstructive liver injury in rats. Methods The experimental rats were divided into three groups: control group (16rats), ligafion group (16rats) and recanalization group (16 rats). The control group underwent switching, and the ligation group was placed in a silicone tube for bile duct ligation, and then the silicone tube was placed in the bile duct ligation 7 days after recanalization. The changes of serum enzyme in the group after operation, the changes of liver morphologic histology, ligation and recanalization of the bile duct and the distribution of EpCAM and TROP2 in the liver were ob- served. Results The ratio of EpCAM and TROP2 in ligation group increased with the ligation time, and the ratio of positive cells increased gradually, while the process of EPCAM and liver injury in the recanalization group was not exactly the same. There was a correlation between the process of liver tissue repair in the TROP2 and the recanalization group. Conclusions EpCAM can be used as an indicator of the process of injury in obstructive liver injury, and TROP2 is closely related to the process of liver repair in obstructive liver injury.
